Tickets purchased online on or before December 1st are $15 ($14 if you bring a non-perishable food item donation).

Tickets purchased online after December 1st or at the event are $20 ($19 if you bring a non-perishable food item donation).

They can be purchased the day of the Tour at the Ticket Booth near 9th Ave. & Willetta St (2 blocks South of McDowell Rd and 1 block West of 7th Ave).

Or avoid ticket lines, by purchasing your tickets ONLINE, beginning October 1st, in advance and pick them up on the day of the Tour!  Simply click BUY HERE, you will be redirected to our buy tickets page.

On the day of the Tour, you’ll be given a small booklet. Your booklet is your ticket to enter each of the homes on tour. A host will greet you at each homes front door, and mark off that you’ve viewed the home. Then you can walk through the house at your leisure.

Note: To view the interior of the homes on tour, you must puchase a ticket. However, you’re free to roam the sidewalks and vendor areas without a ticket.
